As a dependable partner to the private sector, the bbw Group has been developing and delivering sector-specific solutions for more than 40 years. Through its needs-based qualification and continuing education services and its numerous integration, consulting and placement activities, the bbw Group supports employees in obtaining qualifications and advanced training and in finding and retaining employment. To this end, the bbw Group maintains a network comprised of people, companies and institutions under its non-profit umbrella association bbw e.V.
The companies of the bbw Group are present at 300 locations in Germany. This highly decentralised structure and strong regional roots guarantee a unique proximity to clients.
Exporting knowledge
The bbw Group operates worldwide. It promotes global dialogue between companies and exchange between foreign institutions, associations and experts and German professional circles. Another key area is the education of foreign trainers and workers according to the standards of Germany’s dual educational system. The bbw Group provides supports to companies, business associations and administrative bodies in several countries in South and Central America, in Africa and in Asia.
With subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, China and Iran, we are an international provider of education and personnel services. Our subsidiaries are proactive partners for cross-border education projects and integration initiatives in their respective labour markets.
